I am very excited about events this month. I am turning 34 years old this month and I am signing a six month lease on a very cool apartment in the West Hills. Rent there is $1,000.00 a month, but I don't because I have the money to pay for it and there are tons of hot chics all over the place.
After the lease is over with, I am leaveing Oregon. I have very few friends here now and I dont speak much to my family anymore. I could probably land a very good job here, but there really is no point because Portland is actually a second class city and real success will only come in relocating to a real business center. Besides, I am a minority and I do not belong here.
Over the next six months, I am going to starting a consulting firm. I am going to offer mid-level management leadership training to help small to medium sized companies grow. I will also do employee change management and leadership impact training. This will be fun.
